Responsibilities
Responsible for performing a wide variety of very high level office and administrative support ranging from executive personal assistant duties to complex administrative coordination for an executive officer or Dean
Provides confidential support to maximize the effectiveness of the executive by fulfilling the administrative and scheduling requirements of the office
Responsible for special projects, budgetary activities, correspondence, and calendar maintenance
Coordinates the collection and analysis of data and the preparation of materials for meetings and conferences
Ensures the completion of required reports
May act as university-wide liaison
May identify issues or problems and research solutions within specific management areas
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience. (Note: post high-school education and/or experience may substitute at a comparable rate.)
