Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day leadership for assigned projects or major project workstreams by planning, executing, and controlling scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources in alignment with 21Tech methodology
Own delivery of a single medium-complexity project or multiple smaller initiatives, with overall accountability for successful execution from initiation through deployment, under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager where applicable
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders at the project or workstream level, providing clarity, coordination, and issue resolution related to business processes and functional solutions
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, and status reporting for all phases of the project lifecycle
Manage day-to-day project activities, facilitate project team meetings, and coordinate cross-functional resources
Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and change requests in accordance with 21Tech governance standards
Provide guidance and mentorship to Associate Project Managers and project team members as assigned
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of technology-related project management experience supporting or leading software implementation projects
Demonstrated experience managing projects or major workstreams with moderate complexity and multiple stakeholders
Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile); SCRUM leadership exposure a plus
Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and change control independently
Experience managing small-to-medium project teams
Strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (MS Project required)
BA/BS in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
