Program Manager, Community Residential Setting - Maple Grove

Meeting 1:1 with program clients
Program Administrative Duties
Ensuring compliance with all state regulations and regulatory agencies
Work with a range of severe mental illness (SMI) diagnosis, including Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Schizophrenia, PTSD, and others
Qualification
Required
4-6 years of combined education and or experience. Acceptable forms of years of experience include, but are not limited to: Bachelor's (4 year) Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or another industry related field
4-6 years of combined education and or experience. Acceptable forms of years of experience include, but are not limited to: Associate's (2 year) Degree in Social work, Human Services, or another industry related field
4-6 years of combined education and or experience. Acceptable forms of years of experience include, but are not limited to: A Diploma (1 year) from an accredited post-secondary institution in Social Work, Human Services, or another industry related field
4-6 years of combined education and or experience. Acceptable forms of years of experience include, but are not limited to: Full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons aged 65 and older, under the supervision of an authorized staff person as defined by the state
4-6 years of combined education and or experience. Acceptable forms of years of experience include, but are not limited to: Full-time work experience supervising those providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons aged 65 and older, as an authorized staff person as defined by the state
Ability to pass a Department of Human Services background check
Ability to pass the BCA Criminal Background Check and the Sexual Exploitation of Patients by Psychotherapist screen required by DHS
Ability to pass screening required by Federal Human Services office of the Inspector General
Ability to organize and work independently
Willingness to travel within the Metro Area, for applicable mileage reimbursements, with a current driver's license, clean record, and personal vehicle with insurance
Possess a person-centered approach, consistent with the Philosophical approach of the individual program and RTI
Ability to work with culturally diverse populations
