Responsibilities
Assist with data cleanup projects and system updates, following established data governance and confidentiality protocols
Perform routine audits to identify and correct data discrepancies, through individual record (EE) reviews and through the use of data extracts and reports
Update/correct employee information in HR systems with a high level of accuracy
Enter employee information in HR systems with a high level of accuracy (new records)
Assist with maintenance of documentation of data entry procedures and update as needed
Collaborate with HR team members to ensure consistent data practices
Respond to internal inquiries regarding employee data and escalate issues as appropriate
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 0+ years of relevant experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6)
Preferred
Experience working with data, records, or detailed information in an academic or administrative setting
Experience using Microsoft Excel for basic tasks such as data entry, sorting, filtering, and reviewing information for accuracy
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Proven ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive information
