Brainstorm and implement ideas to improve how we support our employees

Qualification
Required
Provide guidance, support, and coordination in the consistent and effective application of policies, procedures, and practices of the Human Resources Department
Perform a variety of routine, complex, and technical duties in a variety of functional areas including employee benefits, recruiting, records management, and new hire orientation
Serve as the first point of contact for employees
Perform clerical and administrative duties to contribute to efficient office operations
Assist with administrative tasks such as keeping employee records up-to-date
Coordinate orientation sessions for new hires to help them get acquainted with the company
