Responsibilities

Develop product strategy based on business, regulatory, legal, privacy, clinical, compliance, and technical considerations
Collaborate with engineering, clinical, and user-experience teams to define a funnel of compelling R&D projects and prioritize to create a steady pipeline of state-of-the-art product opportunities
Collaborate with product areas across Google including business development, legal, and compliance to ensure timely and thorough execution of projects
Collaborate with key opinion leaders, external partners, and intra-Alphabet teams
Stay abreast of the trends in applied AI technologies and the healthcare industries. Identify new research and development opportunities across the competitive landscape

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in product management or related technical role
2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.)
Experience working at the intersection of AI and Health including areas such as computer aided diagnostics, healthcare delivery, biotech, and pharma

Preferred

Master's degree, MBA, MPH, MD, JD, or graduate degree in a management or STEM field
Experience operating within and across cross-functional teams (Product Management, Program Management, Engineering, Business Development, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Marketing, etc.) while selling product vision to external partners
Experience at large institutions, with a demonstrated track record of forming, leading, and pivoting cohesive teams
Domain knowledge of data acquisition, IRB, tech-transfer, or university relations
