Market Research
Responsibilities
Drive the migration roadmap, align resources, manage dependencies, and proactively address technical gaps
Serve as the central liaison with the Commercial organization, providing consistent updates and risk mitigation plans
Ensure accurate migration into Unify and partner with CI to validate report destinations and secure buy-in
Manage migration pipeline and tooling (e.g., migration automation, Unify, etc.), coordinate with project team and Custom Report/Flat File teams for migration execution and validation
Facilitate a smooth handoff to CI and AM teams, ensuring long-term sustainability
Other duties as needed to ensure migration meets expected outcomes
Qualification
Required
Deep knowledge of Unify across Online, Office, and DaaS environments
Proven experience building reports using GM models and understanding how the data is consumed across teams
Ability to work with US-based Unify engineering teams during CST hours
Flexibility to collaborate with EMEA Commercial teams and APAC-based report build and validation teams
Strong team player who maximizes the capabilities of assigned resources
Skilled in facilitating discussions across all levels of leadership to ensure project outcomes are achieved
Exhibits strong leadership and teamwork by effectively managing time and multiple priorities, actively listening to team and stakeholder input, solving problems collaboratively, and communicating with clarity and confidence in both written and verbal forms
