Responsibilities
Develop end-to-end pipelines across Computer Vision, Audio, and Text processing domains
Solve ambiguous research problems with pragmatic, high-performance engineering solutions
Optimize model inference via pipelining, pre/post-processing, and selective fine-tuning
Translate complex customer needs into robust, maintainable technical building blocks
Qualification
Required
3–12 years of professional experience
At least 2+ years specifically in Computer Vision or Audio Processing
Expert-level Python
Hands-on experience with PyTorch (or similar ML frameworks)
Ability to solve ambiguous research problems with pragmatic, high-performance engineering solutions
Ability to optimize model inference via pipelining, pre/post-processing, and selective fine-tuning
Ability to translate complex customer needs into robust, maintainable technical building blocks
Ability to break down technical hurdles for external partners and internal stakeholders
Preferred
Active GitHub/Open Source contributions
Experience as an early-stage startup hire
