The attorney will manage a diverse caseload, prepare and file immigration petitions, manage personal injury claims, represent clients in court and administrative proceedings, and advise clients on legal matters.

Qualification
Required
Strong legal expertise in Immigration Law, including preparation and filing of petitions, applications, and hearings, as well as Personal Injury case management and settlement negotiations
Proficiency in Legal Research, Legal Writing, and Document Review to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal laws
Effective Client Communication and Counseling skills to build client relationships and provide comprehensive legal advice
Analytical, organizational, and time management skills to handle multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines
Membership in the Oregon State Bar and an active license to practice law
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in legal practice
Preferred
Experience in litigation and courtroom advocacy is highly desirable
Experience in working with diverse clients and communities is a plus
