This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a collaborative accounting team that powers creativity behind the scenes.

Responsibilities
Invoice Processing – Reconcile, code, and process invoices for payment while verifying purchase orders, authorizations, and accuracy
Vendor Relations – Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain up-to-date records
Financial Accuracy – Review accounts payable aging reports, open purchase order logs, and ensure proper documentation
Tax & Compliance – Collect W-9s, track resale certificates, and assist with sales/use tax reporting and year-end 1099 processing
Reporting & Support – Generate payable analyses, assist in special financial projects, and provide receptionist backup as needed
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or 1+ year of relevant experience
Accuracy and consistency in reviewing invoices and maintaining vendor records
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external vendors
Familiarity with accounting systems and Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency preferred)
Positive attitude, adaptability, and reliability in a fast-paced office environment
