Vice President, Inside Sales (Contact Center)

Consumer Cellular is seeking a proven, values-driven sales leader to lead and scale our wireless inside sales contact center organization. The Vice President (VP) of Inside Sales is responsible for leading onsite and remote inside sales teams, driving revenue growth, and developing high-performing teams within a contact center environment.

Responsibilities

Drive wireless inside sales performance to achieve revenue, conversion, and retention targets while maintaining the highest standards of ethical sales practices
Define and execute an inside sales strategy aligned with Consumer Cellular’s wireless growth objectives
Optimize contact center operations through the effective use of CRM, analytics, and enabling technologies
Build and lead high-performing inside sales leaders and frontline teams
Foster a coaching-driven environment that accelerates capability, engagement, and performance
Champion a results-oriented sales culture grounded in integrity, accountability, and customer advocacy
Ensure inside sales execution is fully aligned with enterprise strategy and values
Establish and oversee key performance metrics to drive accountability, insight, and continuous improvement
Leverage data to inform decision-making, innovation, and performance optimization
Partner cross-functionally to maximize inside sales impact and operational efficiency
Communicate with influence and credibility across all levels of the organization, from frontline teams to the CEO

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in inside sales, preferably within a contact center environment, supporting wireless or telecommunications products
Deep knowledge of sales methodologies and contact center operations
Strong financial acumen with experience managing revenue forecasts and performance metrics
Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to present to and influence C-suite executives
Inspirational, people-first leader who understands what motivates teams and drives performance
Hands-on, approachable leader who leads with accountability, integrity, and trust
