Responsibilities

Own end-to-end procurement for construction and infrastructure scopes
Identify, qualify, and vet suppliers and vendors
Develop bid packages and manage RFQs/RFPs
Gather, analyze, and compare bids
Negotiate pricing, terms, and schedules
Manage long-lead items and supply-chain risks
Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Commercial, and Finance teams
Maintain procurement documentation and audit-ready records including project specific procurement schedules

Required

Strong construction procurement knowledge
Commercial and negotiation strength
Ability to manage multiple projects
Clear communication and execution focus
Understanding of Mechanical and Electrical component specifications
Hands on and willingness to ‘do' within a governance framework

Preferred

5–10+ years procurement experience in construction or infrastructure
Data center or mission-critical experience preferred
Electrical and mechanical scope familiarity
Owner-side or EPC/EPCM experience a plus
