Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical roles, including CNC machining, engineering, quality, operations, and administrative positions

Manage interview scheduling and coordination with hiring managers

Maintain active candidate pipelines and provide timely communication throughout the hiring process

Partner with leadership to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities

Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience aligned with NIKEL’s culture and values

Required
