New Grad, Entry LevelRadius Global Solutions LLC is currently hiring 3rd Party Debt Collectors to join their team. The role involves engaging with customers to assist in debt collection while providing excellent service and support.

Previous experience in Customer Service, Retail, Call Centers, Collections, Sales and/or Telemarketing
Proven ability and desire to help people
Excellent listening and negotiation skills with a customer service focus
Engaging and enthusiastic personality
Confident, clear and effective communication style
Organized, self-driven and goal-oriented
Keyboard proficiency and computer literacy
High School Diploma or GED are required
Must be able to work between the hours of 7am-7pm CST Monday-Friday, and 1 Saturday a month
Preferred
Bilingual candidates are a plus!
