Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues for residential customers
Handle routine maintenance, small repairs, and/or emergency plumbing services
Ensure all plumbing work complies with safety regulations and building codes
Identify additional service needs and recommend plumbing solutions to customers
Present products and services clearly, including benefits and pricing
Meet or exceed sales goals by upselling services and generating new business
Deliver exceptional customer service—every time
Maintain accurate service reports and customer interaction records
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with residential or commercial plumbing
Strong communication and people skills
Motivated to meet goals and grow with the company
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
Valid plumbing license (if required in your state)
Driver's license with a clean driving record
