Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of conversational and agentic AI projects
Design and configure conversational flows using a low-code platform
Work directly with customers to scope requirements and shape solutions
Integrate external systems through APIs and build prompt logic for GenAI components
Run weekly customer calls and manage delivery timelines
Deploy solutions into production and support early adoption
Create reusable components that will be used across multiple customers
Work closely with product marketing, engineering, and the US leadership team
Qualification
Required
Strong technical foundation, including SQL, JavaScript, CSS, REST APIs, and prompt engineering
Experience in AI, automation, chatbots, IVR, or digital transformation
Background as a consultant, forward-deployment engineer, solutions consultant, delivery engineer, or similar
Ability to lead customer sessions, gather requirements, and turn ideas into working solutions
Comfort working across discovery, design, build, deployment, and support
Self-learner mindset with strong problem-solving
Proactive, organised, and comfortable in an environment where speed matters
Clear communicator who can work closely with enterprise customers
