Responsibilities
This internship will start May 18th and run through August 7th with a high potential to extend into the Fall
The Graphic Design Intern will be creating engaging, on brand creative that aligns to brand and marketing objectives
They will work closely with the Marketing team to support Product Merchandise Managers to produce best in class creative for the Panasonic Consumer Electronics Company (PCEC) and shop.panasonic.com
Design and produce graphics for e-commerce, social media, and marketing campaigns
Create print media for advertising, retail displays, events and tradeshows
Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and revise projects
Qualification
Required
Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree throughout the entirety of the internship
Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree and have already completed at least two courses in visual communication, graphic design, multimedia design, or similar
Proficiency in designing with Adobe Creative Suite (mostly Photoshop, some Illustrator and InDesign)
Organized file management and strong attention to detail
Pro-active communicator able to prioritize, multitask, and take initiative to solve problems and meet deadlines
Willing to accept constructive feedback and use it to support ongoing professional development
Preferred
Experience with Figma is a plus
Understands social media, trending content, and can edit videos into 15sec clips
