Responsibilities

Design high‑quality assets for landing pages, web modules, paid ads, email, and social channels

Apply strong fundamentals in typography, spacing, layout, hierarchy, and color

Support creation of lightweight design systems including components, templates, and reusable patterns

Translate brand guidelines into clean, cohesive digital executions across multiple formats

Contribute to the evolution of web and growth experiences through iteration, testing, and refinement

Build moodboards, reference decks, and visual explorations to support concept development

Use AI tools to generate visual directions, layout variations, and supporting assets such as backgrounds and compositing elements

Respond effectively to feedback while maintaining clarity, consistency, and intentionality in design

Manage multiple small design projects simultaneously with clear versioning and organized workflows

Required

Strong design fundamentals with standout instincts in typography and color

A portfolio demonstrating applied design work (student, freelance, or professional)

Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma preferred)

Comfort working within a structured brand system while contributing new ideas

High attention to detail and pride in producing clean, high-quality final deliverables

Ability to take direction well, learn quickly, and adapt based on feedback

Candidates should be comfortable incorporating AI tools into their workflow, including the ability to explore visual directions from a loose idea or prompt

Generate design references, style frames, or moodboard concepts

Build or refine supporting visuals for layouts and compositions

Produce fast variations to help narrow toward the strongest design solution

Exercise judgment around when AI enhances the work and when it does not
