They are looking for a Senior Product Designer to create human-centric product designs and collaborate across teams to develop valuable experiences for customers.

Creating human-centric product designs
Collaborating across teams to develop simple, delightful and valuable experiences for our customers
Conducting user research
Applying design thinking principles
Creating visual design assets
Delivering high-quality product and user experience (UX) designs
Assessing user needs and behaviors to inform design decisions
Fostering engagement, adoption and retention
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Product Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design delivering high-quality visuals for digital products
Strong foundation in Design Thinking principles and methodologies for problem solving
Experience in conducting User Research and UX Research to gather insights and inform decision-making
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, FigmaMake
Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and communicate design ideas clearly
Passion for human-centered design with a focus on creating intuitive and accessible experiences
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Preferred
Previous experience collaborating in remote or virtual work environments is a plus
