Responsibilities

Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from initial outreach to contract execution
Build and manage a predictable pipeline across lenders, banks, appraisal management companies, and institutional investors
Develop and refine the GTM motion for valuation governance and neuro-symbolic AI
Collaborate with product and engineering to translate customer needs into roadmap inputs
Support pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning
Establish the foundation for future sales hiring, forecasting, and process discipline

Qualification

Required

5–8+ years of enterprise SaaS or AI sales experience
Proven success selling into financial services, risk, compliance, or data governance environments
Ability to navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise buying processes
Experience with technical, audit‑focused, or compliance‑driven products
Strong communication, forecasting, and relationship‑building capabilities
Comfortable operating in early‑stage, high‑ownership environments

Benefits

Equity‑only until Seed funding
Transitions to $110k–$145k base + $220k–$300k OTE at Seed
Additional equity may be granted in lieu of early‑stage salary
Monthly vesting, no cliff, 4‑year schedule
Commission accelerators up to 2.5×
