Field Marketing Representative

Rove is one of the fastest-growing premium cannabis brands in the nation, and they’re seeking a vibrant and self-motivated Field Marketing Representative to join their team. This role involves representing the brand at dispensaries and events, educating customers on products, and driving sales growth throughout Mississippi.

Responsibilities

Represent Rove as the face of the brand at dispensaries, vendor days, and industry events across Mississippi
Educate customers, dispensary staff, and partners on Rove products, company values, pricing, and promotions
Work closely with the Account Executive/Manager to drive sales growth and customer success
Execute vendor days and promotional events with confidence and professionalism
Maintain product event kits, merchandising materials, and visual displays
Perform inventory counts at dispensaries carrying Rove products
Build and maintain long-term relationships with dispensary staff and retail buyers
Address customer needs and issues in a timely and professional manner
Log activities and insights using CRM tools
Demonstrate strong product knowledge, enthusiasm, and brand advocacy
Proactively learn about Rove’s products and industry trends
Serve as a role model for Rove’s core values: respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, and accountability
Ability to work evenings and weekends is required
Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks is required

Required

Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
Comfortable with frequent driving and statewide travel

Commitment to excellent customer service
Ability to work evenings and weekends is required
Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks is required

Preferred

Sales or brand ambassador experience is a plus, but not required
