Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from inception to completion
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective execution
Review blueprints, specifications, and contracts to ensure project requirements are met
Supervise and support the team, ensuring quality workmanship and safety compliance. Minimum management experience of 5 years or more
Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution
Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues to avoid project delays
Track project progress, document key milestones, and prepare reports for stakeholders
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
Oversee projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align expectations
Ensure compliance with all codes, safety regulations, and company standards
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training, engineering degree, or certification in electrical preferred
7+ years of experience in field, with at least 2 years in a project management role
Strong knowledge of systems, codes, and construction processes
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
Preferred

Experience managing commercial and industrial projects, preferred
PMP Certification, preferred
