Responsibilities
Lead and manage OCT FE CPEE MTE teams across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with company goals and technology roadmaps
Drive pivotal initiatives in equipment selection, process optimization, and yield improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, quality, process equipment, and engineering teams across central and site-specific organizations
Represent Micron in supplier engagements and industry forums (internal and external) to influence roadmap and sourcing strategies
Lead all aspects of workforce readiness and team member development working hand in hand with workforce development partners
Business Process Management - Lead your area of responsibility in alignment with OCT programs and business processes
Project Management - Prioritize and lead multiple projects aligned with Fab and corporate objectives
Strategic Leadership - Track and benchmark Fab performance metrics; identify and share Best Known Methods (BKMs)
Tactical Leadership - Provide tactical support for issues related to people, safety, cost, scale, speed, and quality
Communication - Maintain open and effective communication with peer groups and cross-functional teams
Safety - Maintain awareness of equipment and material safety concerns and partner with site and central teams to close open risk items and process hazard analyses
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field
Demonstrated ability in semiconductor manufacturing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
Proven record of accomplishment in managing cross-functional teams and driving technical programs
Strong understanding of FE process modules (e.g., CVD, PVD, Diffusion, Implant, Wet, CMP, Photo)
Global Factory Network Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of worldwide high-volume manufacturing network operations across different geographical region
Excellent communication and partner engagement/leadership skills
Leadership and Strategic Initiatives: Proven track record in team development and leading transformative initiatives
Continuous Learning Advocate: Continuous learning on the job and provide technical mentoring for peers
