The Specialist will help create a trauma-informed space for community members and support internal operations for the Community Roots Wellness Hub, increasing access to mental and behavioral health services.

Responsibilities
Engage in routine phone, clerical, and record keeping work to include quarterly review of emergency contact information, management of calendars for use of common spaces, and review of provider-specific information for referrals
Manage CRWH social media, to include content creation and monitoring of social media presence
Develop and maintain data collection process to include both client focused use and agency focused use
Develop and process documents, compile and manage data, and prepare leadership meeting materials
Track tasks and projects from development through implementation
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Hub providers, clients, and the general public
Oversee and coordinate regular cleaning of the CRWH building, handling of maintenance issues, and maintaining building supplies
Maintain confidentiality
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or G.E.D
Experience using Microsoft office programs and managing databases
Experience in a customer service environment
Experience with social media management
Preferred
Bilingual
Experience working with diverse populations including Survivors of Violence, Immigrants and Refugees, Youth, Individuals without Housing, 2SLGBTQIA+
