Responsibilities
Consult with business professionals to provide mechanical solutions to meet their needs
Provide estimates on new installations of boilers, piping systems (Gas and Water), Hot water heaters, domestic hot water systems and pump sizing/selection
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their plumbing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
Utilize company software application to track leads, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports
Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
Ability to size and measure new systems and replacement of old systems
Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and design
Knowledge of MA and RI Plumbing code
Knowledge of NFPA code
Ability to review blueprints and building codes to determine appropriate work procedures
Call on and meet with leads provided (75%)
Self-generate new leads and contacts (25%)
Qualification
Required
Prior sales experience required
Superior customer service skills and strong organizational skills
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in a clear and concise manner to clients
Preferred
Prior commercial plumbing field experience is highly preferred
Journeyman Trade license in RI or MA is a highly preferred!
