Responsibilities

Research target opportunities, generate account leads, and develop long term objectives for success at the account anchored to meeting critical customer needs
Build a Business Plan that supports achievement of your Quota, aligned with the objectives of the Sales Plan and balanced selling
Create and establish early and cross modality penetration while building long term relationships and maps of all key decision makers in the relevant businesses while creating solutions and planning for the achievement of them
Translate the identified solution for the opportunity into a value proposition and create a pricing strategy to support the proposition
Create comprehensive customer profiles and effective customer acquisition or retention strategies
Capability to uncover and develop the customer's decision criteria, analyze competitive offerings and influence the decision criteria to their advantage

Required

5+ years of hospital sales experience and/or direct clinical experience
Ability to effectively prospect and to develop strong relationships with customers and provide business solutions
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
Results oriented, high energy, balanced, 'take charge' individual with a hunter mentality
Must be able and willing to travel- including overnights
