Responsibilities
Define and maintain supplier performance metrics aligned to business priorities
Evaluate supplier performance cycle-over-cycle, identifying leading trends, variances, and potential risks that may impact capacity, continuity, cost, or execution
Develop fact-based performance insights and recommendations to support both monthly Integrated Business Planning and biannual Supplier Business Reviews
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure performance data is accurate, relevant, and actionable
Analyze long-range demand and capacity outlooks to assess supply chain risk exposure and identify supplier opportunities
Track and explain long-range forecast changes cycle-over-cycle to identify volatility drivers and structural shifts with potential impacts to supplier readiness, capacity confidence, and future cost
Develop commodity insights and recommendations that inform sourcing splits, capacity planning, and long-term decision making
Own quarterly supplier operations reviews, ensuring forums are consistently structured, data-driven, and decision-focused
Define the scope, agenda, and analytical inputs to center reviews on supplier performance and forward-looking risks
Synthesize inputs into a clear, cohesive narrative that reinforces transparency, accountability, and mutual understanding
Facilitate cross-functional alignment ahead of reviews to ensure outcomes, action items, and follow-ups are clearly documented and tracked
Continuously refine the review process to strengthen partner trust, decision quality, and relationship effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or business administration, or relevant working experience in a manufacturing supply chain
3 years' experience in capacity or supplier management, sourcing, and/or procurement in the semiconductor, electronics, and/or automotive industries
1 year experience directly leading supplier negotiations
Preferred
Experience in a start-up environment
Proficiency in product cost analysis and forecasting techniques
Strong problem-solving skills and desire to make data-driven decisions
