Responsibilities
Prepare period-closing journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting
Perform balance sheet reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
Maintain and update the fixed asset register, including tracking acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation schedules
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review
Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the integrity of financial data and support operational needs
Identify opportunities to enhance accuracy through more efficient and effective processes as part of our culture of continuous improvement
Ensures proper adherence of internal controls to maintain the integrity over financial reporting
Qualification
Required
Effective communicator
Works well with people at all levels
Problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.) and Outlook applications
Strong team player with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with ability to adapt to changing requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Preferred
Infor Finance and Supply Management, Concur, and Workday experience preferred
