Responsibilities
Manage daily transactions between company entities, making sure amounts match and issues are resolved
Review and adjust intercompany balances each month to keep records accurate
Improve and document processes to support a growing, multi-entity organization
Prepare monthly reports that show intercompany activity clearly and accurately
Work with Treasury and Accounts Receivable during month-end close to ensure all intercompany activity is captured correctly
Ensure intercompany activity is properly reflected in company-wide financial reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
2+ years of hands-on intercompany accounting experience (multi-entity, multinational, or multi-store environment)
Strong understanding of intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and consolidation workflows
Preferred
NetSuite experience is a plus
