Responsibilities
Define the consulting strategy, service portfolio, and operating model
Lead and deliver high‑impact consulting engagements across one assigned vertical, personally advising on technically complex topics
Guide senior client stakeholders and shape long‑term advisory programs
Build methodologies, frameworks, and repeatable advisory assets
Recruit, coach, and develop consulting and advisory personnel
Drive growth through scoped advisory work and structured engagements
Partner with product, software, and research solutions teams
Represent Quantinuum at conferences, roundtables, and executive forums
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated track record operating at Partner, Associate Partner or VP-equivalent seniority within consulting, advisory, transformation, or strategic leadership firms
Demonstrated ability to scope, sell, and deliver complex advisory programs
Deep technical expertise in a relevant domain, with the ability to engage credibly on quantum technologies and their practical application
Strong executive presence and capability to advise C-suite and technical leaders
Existing relationships within [one of Finance, Chemicals & Materials or Pharmaceuticals]
Preferred
Understanding of emerging technologies (quantum, AI/ML, HPC, cloud infrastructure)
