New Grad, Entry LevelTekgence Inc is seeking a Junior Automation Engineer to support an infrastructure-as-code migration initiative within the network standards organization. This role focuses on translating existing network standards and configurations into executable, version controlled code and templates, ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and collaborate with senior engineers.

Responsibilities
Translate documented network standards and configurations into working code and templates, including formats such as Jinja and JSON
Convert configuration documentation into reusable modules and templates for network devices
Work with Git based version control, using GitLab to submit and manage code changes
Support an infrastructure as code migration for network standards across the organization
Collaborate with senior network engineers and standards team members to ensure accuracy and consistency of configurations
Qualification
Required
Exposure to Python (academic, internship, or early professional experience is sufficient)
Familiarity with Jinja and JSON formats
Understanding of how Git works; experience with GitLab is a plus
Preferred
Interest in networking or network engineering concepts
Prior exposure to network device configurations or configuration templates
