Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant
Competent & proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
Excellent communication skills
Ability to follow-up on items
Detail oriented
Experience managing attorney calendars/scheduling
Experience capturing attorney time
Experience drafting legal documents including standardized letters, pleadings and reports
Task oriented
Ability to work in a fast paced evolving environment
Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures
Familiar with e-Service and e-Filing
Preferred
Prior Insurance Defense General Liability and Personal Injury experience
