Office Admin (Part-Time)
Suna Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Admin to support day-to-day financial and administrative operations. This part-time contract role involves handling financial transactions, managing administrative documentation, and providing excellent customer service while interacting with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Perform daily financial transaction processing with accuracy and timeliness
Assist with customer service inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Process, file, organize, and maintain administrative and financial documentation
Enter and update data in internal financial and administrative systems
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and proper documentation
Support general office operations and perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information at all times
Qualification
Required
Fluency in Japanese
Moderate to strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Proficiency with 10-key data entry
Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
