Responsibilities
Support day-to-day screen creative and production activities, including briefing, tracking, quality assurance, course correction, and final delivery
Partner with the Lead Screen Producer to build and maintain deep UI knowledge across multiple product lines
Collaborate with the Screen Creative team to brief, manage, and track all screen-related creative requests
Direct and guide the Screen Content Program Manager on daily screen production priorities
Provide clear guidance to functional teams on imagery requirements, accuracy standards, and approval workflows
Work within a flat, collaborative team structure, supporting Creatives, Producers, and Production teams
Proactively identify solutions, adapt to new workflows, and continuously improve production processes
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of production experience in a creative agency or similar environment
Strong background in marketing content execution, experience design, and localization
Proven ability to build strong working relationships with creatives and producers across advertising, video, interactive, print, and retail disciplines
Experience shaping and guiding production processes across multiple media formats (print, interactive, video)
Solid project management experience within an ad agency, production house, or related environment
Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities, feedback, and direction
Collaborative, people-focused mindset with a passion for teamwork
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus
