Responsibilities
Facilitate tracking of program statuses, risks, mitigation strategies, and change requests (CRs)
Monitor the defect queue hourly to ensure timely responses and execute warm hand-offs
Host and lead weekly meetings for the team, providing crucial updates and summarizing insights using Co-pilot post-meeting
Attend various sync meetings with Program Managers, Testing, and Directors to maintain domain coverage
Compile and distribute testing on-call schedules for all team areas weekly
Coordinate gathering technical details for design, business continuity planning, and domain roadmaps with TPMs, Architects, System Analysis, and Development Managers
Participate in team Operation meetings to facilitate connections that improve efficiency and prevent timing conflicts
Attend design meetings to ensure leadership coverage for the team, setting expectations, and involving key leadership figures when necessary
Qualification
Required
10+ years experience in Program Management
Proven experience in program management or a related field
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and synthesize information from multiple sources
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in managing schedules, risk assessments, and strategic planning
Preferred
Experience in the technology or services sector preferred
