Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of Finance/Accounting experience
Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and communication skills
Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
Works effectively independently and in teams
Prepare financial analysis, budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting
Analyze and consolidate financial data to support business decisions
Identify trends, recommend improvements, and support department leaders with financial insights
Track performance vs. forecasts, reconcile data, and support reporting needs
