Responsibilities
Support manufacturing processes to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained
Perform part inspection using advanced imaging and metrology equipment, with detailed documentation and record keeping
Organize, prepare, and track components for prototype and test builds
Operate assembly equipment to build precision-matched injector assemblies
Operate injector test benches and perform data analysis on test results
Conduct teardown inspections and prepare detailed technical reports documenting findings
Collaborate with internal engineers, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to support injector machining and build activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 1-2 years of relevant experience, or
Master's degree with relevant internship or co-op experience in fuel injector development may be considered
Experience in fuel injector development and testing
Ability to create basic CAD models and engineering drawings
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Strong documentation, record-keeping, and attention to detail
