Required
Relationship management and strategic partnership skills, including the ability to build and foster strong professional connections with C-level decision-makers
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively tailor messaging to different audiences and articulate complex healthcare solutions with clarity
Proven expertise in business development, negotiations, and identifying growth opportunities within partnerships
Solid understanding of healthcare systems, insurance alternatives, and strategic advisory roles in the healthcare industry
Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating across different departments effectively
Proficiency with CRM tools and reporting to track partnership progress and provide insights for decision-making
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, alongside the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Preferred
Master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
Previous experience in a leadership role within the healthcare sector is a plus
