Responsibilities
Drive consistent posting across multiple brands (3–5 posts/week per brand)
Own the content calendar, scheduling, and publishing
Turn real inputs into posts:
Founder ideas and notes
Job site photos and videos
FAQs and customer questions
Long-form ideas → short-form content
Write captions that sound human and confident
Light video editing for Reels / Shorts
Repurpose content efficiently across platforms
Maintain and update company websites (Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, or similar)
Support blog publishing and basic SEO hygiene
Assist with email newsletters and announcements
Help build and manage Kajabi for an online education platform
Coordinate freelancers when higher-end work is needed
Build simple workflows in Notion, ClickUp, or similar tools
Keep projects moving without constant oversight
Measure success by content shipped, not meetings attended
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of experience in social, content, or digital marketing
Experience managing multiple brands or clients at once
Ability to drive consistent posting across multiple brands (3–5 posts/week per brand)
Experience maintaining and updating company websites (Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, or similar)
Support blog publishing and basic SEO hygiene
Assist with email newsletters and announcements
Experience building simple workflows in Notion, ClickUp, or similar tools
Comfortable publishing without over-polishing
Ability to make decisions and keep momentum moving
Experience with Canva
Experience with social scheduling tools
Basic video editing skills
Experience with Google Workspace
Willingness to learn Kajabi (experience is a plus)

Any work samples that show your style or thinking
