Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Windows Server platforms
Administer and optimize enterprise virtualization environments including VMware clusters, Hyper-V, and Citrix
Manage cloud-hosted platforms and services across Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Lead patch management strategy and execution, ensuring timely updates and compliance
Develop and maintain Microsoft Group Policies; oversee comprehensive server administration
Monitor, analyze, and optimize system and storage performance; ensure infrastructure meets business SLAs
Administer, patch, and maintain SAN storage systems and server hardware
Implement, maintain, and test enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions
Perform advanced cybersecurity functions including SIEM usage, log analysis, vulnerability management, and remediation
Automate operational workflows using advanced PowerShell scripting and other automation tools

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in systems administrator roles
Expertise with Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, Citrix, Azure, and AWS
Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell
Deep experience with VMware clusters, Hyper V, Citrix, Windows Server, SAN management, and enterprise performance optimization
Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and operational support in Azure and AWS
Advanced cybersecurity capability including SIEM usage, vulnerability remediation, log analysis, and patch program leadership
Automation expertise using advanced PowerShell scripting to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
