Responsibilities

Partner with Payments Product Owners to understand business needs and deliver actionable data solutions for wires and international payments
Develop and maintain queries, reports, and dashboards using large database platforms
Combine and analyze data from multiple sources to deliver descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics
Support the creation and maintenance of data models, ensuring high data quality and consistency
Collaborate with stakeholders across product, operations, and analytics teams to gather requirements and deliver insights
Communicate complex analytical concepts in a clear, concise manner to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise
Champion data and analytics best practices within the payments product group

Required

Bachelor's degree with two years of analytics experience or three years of related technical experience
Hands-on experience with SQL, Alteryx, SAS, and Python for data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with large-scale databases such as Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, or AWS
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Foundational understanding of banking and payments industry concepts

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
Experience in banking, payments, operations, marketing, credit/risk, technology, or finance
Exposure to machine learning concepts and applications
