Responsibilities
Assist with material and cell analysis; collect and report data
Perform routine battery characterization and maintain accurate records
Support battery teardowns following safety protocols
Maintain and troubleshoot lab and characterization equipment
Help update SOPs and improve lab workflows
Support electrode preparation and cell prototype builds
Collaborate cross-functionally
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree with technician or lab experience
Hands-on experience with material/cell characterization, battery electrode and cell prototypes
Clear written and verbal communication skills
