Responsibilities
Represent clients in the following practice areas: trust and estates litigation, family law, estate planning, business transactions, and business litigation
Supervise a team of two associate attorneys and four support staff
Manage cases from start to finish, including propounding/responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial
Qualification
Required
Admitted to and in good standing with the CA State Bar
5-10 years of experience as an attorney
Excellent organization and communication skills
Strong work ethic
Natural leader: assertive and confident
Preferred
Experience in supervising a team of attorneys and staff
