They are seeking an IT Systems / Network Administrator to join their higher-tier Help Desk / Escalation team, responsible for advanced troubleshooting, system administration, and network support to ensure secure and efficient client environments.

Responsibilities
Act as an escalation point for advanced tickets from the Help Desk team
Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (AD, GPO, file/print services)
Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, VPNs, VLANs, WiFi)
Manage accounts, permissions, and security policies
Document troubleshooting steps, fixes, and client environment details in real time
Collaborate directly with clients to resolve recurring issues and improve reliability
Qualification
Required
3+ years IT support experience
Stable job history
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows desktops, servers, and Microsoft 365
Working knowledge of networking (firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, WiFi)
Proven ability to resolve escalated issues efficiently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly responsible, organized, and eager to grow
Extremely committed and responsible
Quick learner, resolution-oriented, hungry to grow
Excellent customer service skills (phone & email)
Self-starter who looks for ways to improve processes & services
Preferred
Industry certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco)
Experience with PSA/RMM tools (Autotask, ConnectWise, N-able, etc.)
Exposure to cloud hosting platforms (Azure, AWS)
