Responsibilities

Build and manage a scalable and robust beta process for new products and features (scoping → hunting → implementation → learning → value demo)
Plan the beta roadmap based on Product needs, including partner selection strategy, assignment, team capacity etc
Hire and develop a team of senior Technical Partnerships Managers (TPMs) to effectively manage complex beta projects
Lead technical and business problem-solving, including direct customer interaction and hands-on technical work, to ensure successful beta realization
Track beta projects, assess rollout readiness, and drive key decision-making working closely with Aidoc’s leadership
Ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer from TPM to Implementation, Support, and Clinical Value during product transition from beta to launch

Required

10+ years of relevant technical and managerial experience
Proven ability in solution/system engineering within related domains (AI, Health-tech, Data, enterprise SaaS/software)
Extensive track record of delivering complex technical projects to enterprise customers, preferably in healthcare
Exceptional analytical thinking, business & data analytics, and process design skills
Experience managing senior technical and customer-facing teams
Leadership experience in fast-paced, hyper-growth tech start-ups transitioning from tens to hundreds $M in ARR
Experience with ML and AI technologies and deployment of AI products in operational workflows - a major advantage
Familiarity with medical imaging software and related technologies – a major advantage
Management consulting background – an advantage
Ability to work seamlessly with Israeli and US teams, customers, and cultures, including cross-timezone work and travel
