Responsibilities
Manage 3-4 concurrent projects (approx. 33% allocation per project)
Lead projects from initiation through closeout
Develop and maintain core PM documentation, including:
Project charters
Detailed project plans
RAID logs/issue and risk tracking
Weekly status reports
RACI matrices
Facilitate project meetings and SteerCo sessions
Ensure smooth cross-team handoffs and execution discipline
Stakeholder Management
Manage 4-5 stakeholder groups per project
Build relationships across both corporate and field environments
Draw out necessary information from teams unfamiliar with formal PM processes and help reinforce PMO standards
Apply foundational PMO methodologies in a maturing PMO environment
Ensure adherence to SRO governance policies
Proactively deliver on PMO expectations without needing direction
Support continued development of project governance practices
Act As The Primary PM Interface For
Construction teams
Third-party vendors
Site employees
Corporate stakeholders (up to VP level)
Qualification
Required

Strong ability to scope and define projects end-to-end
Excellent written and verbal communication
Effective meeting facilitation and leadership
Comfort operating independently in ambiguous environments
Tactfully assertive- approach-confident yet collaborative
Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder influence
Ability to lead and guide teams with limited PM experience
Practical, low-ego style; effective working with field and non-corporate groups

Weekly reporting and governance deliverables
Experience supporting modernization or developing PMO environments
Occasional travel (approx. 1-2 site visits)
No ongoing or extensive travel obligations
Non-local candidates must be willing to travel to corporate locations when necessary
