Responsibilities

Ability to read and follow the information on work instructions
Record data either manually or by computer as required
Assist with testing and repair of equipment
Test malfunctioning equipment and discuss machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem and assist with repairs, as directed
Assist with the dismantling of machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts, as directed
Assist with the facility preventive machine procedures
Lays out, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment, as directed
Operates cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts
Fabricates and repairs counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures
Rigs equipment for installation or relation, as directed
Must be familiar with and provide all types of hand tools as required
Must be able to read basic blueprints to install equipment and components
Ability to operate an industrial forklift
Must be able to work in varying heights up to and including 50 feet

Required

This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma or GED certificate
Applicants must have at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience and/or training
Availability for all shifts (including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekend shift) is necessary
The ability to work overtime and weekends is required as schedules may vary based on operational needs; flexibility is essential
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire
This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items
