Responsibilities
Provide systems engineering and technical support for ICAM and Zero Trust implementations
Support enterprise identity services including authentication, authorization, and attribute-based access
Assist customers and development teams integrating with ICAM services
Troubleshoot and resolve system, integration, and dataflow issues across multiple environments
Support and maintain REST-based services , containers, and microservices architectures
Contribute to architecture, design, and system documentation including CONOPS, SOPs, installation guides, and release notes
Support risk mitigation, vulnerability management, and compliance activities in alignment with RMF and Zero Trust mandates
Collaborate with Software Development, Test Engineering, and System Administration teams to meet system requirements
Track incidents, requests, and engineering tasks using JIRA and Confluence
Research emerging technologies and identify areas for system and process improvement
Brief technical concepts and system status to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI FULL SCOPE clearance with polygraph
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of Systems Engineering experience on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity
In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 5 additional years of Systems Engineering experience may be substituted (12 years total)
Ability to analyze complex systems and resolve integration issues
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts verbally and in writing
Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation
Ability to facilitate meetings and brief senior leadership
Ability to gather, understand, and translate customer requirements into technical solutions
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Strong customer focus and collaborative mindset
