Senior Systems Analyst (TV Production)
Alexton Incorporated is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to oversee television studio operations. The role involves managing production requirements, providing technical support for equipment and software, and ensuring the successful completion of projects related to television production.

Responsibilities
Serve as the chief of television studio operations
Provide set design, equipment staging and serve as editor in chief for all television post production products
Operate a wide array of television production and post-production equipment
Provide documentation to support tracking and control of the utilization of DOE/HQ personnel, equipment, facility and supply resources required to support television production at DOE/HQ
Provide technical research for the recommendation of new equipment, software and supplies
Qualification
Required
Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or 5 years of equivalent experience in broadcast, video production and in-house cable broadcast systems
Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, well-organized and able to take initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to plan, organize and implement to ensure the successful completion of a project by a specific due date
Strong lighting and cinematography skills
Excellent video editing skills
Motion graphics skills – able to produce motion graphics for use in video or as standalone animations
Expert-level skill with Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro
Demonstrated experience and expertise in Premier Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Plural Eyes, QuickTime Pro, ENG cameras, Non-Linear Editing software (Final Cut Pro Studio and Adobe Creative Suite), Illustrator, and InDesign
Extensive knowledge of both traditional and digital film equipment and technology including appropriate uses for different types of cameras and lighting equipment, current video codecs and compression technology, file formats and digital file optimization for file size, optimization for different screens (e.g., monitor vs. television), and using video on the web
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Video Production
6-8 years of relevant experience
