Responsibilities
Own and drive enterprise architecture and technical delivery initiatives, working closely with EA leadership
Define and implement enterprise architecture strategies, operating models, target states, and transformation roadmaps
Clearly articulate architecture vision to executive, business, and technical stakeholders
Lead initiatives in ambiguous and complex environments, consistently driving execution to completion
Proactively manage workstreams, dependencies, risks, and escalations
Operate with high accountability, self-initiative, and end-to-end ownership
Drive outcomes with minimal day-to-day direction, while collaborating effectively across teams
Design end-to-end, application-heavy enterprise architectures integrating:
Infrastructure
Applications
Data
Platforms
Multi-cloud environments
Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, full-stack applications aligned with business objectives
Architect and implement API-based, microservices, and event-driven integrations with third-party and enterprise systems
Provide hands-on technical guidance across:
.NET
AWS
Python
Modern backend systems and frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
Incorporate GenAI / Agentic AI capabilities into enterprise applications where applicable, improving productivity and functionality
Partner with infrastructure teams to:
Design cloud-native solutions
Implement containerization and CI/CD pipelines
Support IaC (Terraform) initiatives
Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance standards
Work closely with product managers, developers, DevOps, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
Stay current on emerging technologies, including AI advancements, cloud trends, and full-stack development best practices
